RESUMEN

Objeto explorar la relaciуn entre el funcionamiento sexual y la satisfacciуn con la pareja en una muestra sobre pacientes con cбncer de mama. Material y Mйtodo estudio observacional efectuado en una muestra de mujeres con cбncer de mama, cirugнa conservadora y no ha transpirado mastectomнa radical. Se aplicу el Нndice sobre la Funciуn Sexual de la mujer y no ha transpirado la Escala sobre Satisfacciуn Marital. El anбlisis de datos se realizу con el plan SPSS. Objetivos se estudiaron 154 mujeres con cбncer sobre mama, con media de perduracion sobre 50.6 aсos; 49% sobre las casos (n = 76) con cirugнa conservadora y 51% (n = 78) con mastectomнa radical. La media en la escala total FSFI fue sobre 18.150. El mбximo puntaje sobre la escala fue 36, lo que refleja que el funcionamiento sexual sobre la muestra fue pobre. Conclusiones los objetivos obtenidos muestran que existe un desequilibrio en el бmbito sexual en mujeres sobre de mi?s grande perduracion y con mastectomнa radical. Ademбs, las chicas con mayores niveles de satisfacciуn en su relaciуn de pareja tuvieron conveniente encaje sexual.
